FAQ

What is Extrait de Parfum?

The highest tier of fragrance composition — 20% to 40% perfume oil. Most luxury Eau de Parfum sits at 15–20%. Lumora is composed at 30%, for a fuller dry-down and longer wear.

How long does Lumora wear?

12 to 18 hours on most skin. A single spray on a pulse point lasts into the night.

How many sprays should I use?

One to two, applied to warm pulse points — wrist, neck, behind the ear. Extrait does not need to be reapplied.

What is the bottle?

50 ml of clear glass with a round antique gold magnetic cap and an onyx label. The label reads LUMORA in gold serif, with the fragrance name below.

Is Lumora safe for sensitive skin?

Yes. Each composition is dermatologically tested. We avoid harsh denatured alcohol and known irritant compounds.

Is Lumora cruelty-free?

Yes. Composed and tested without animal involvement.

Where do you ship?

Across the European Union. Free shipping above €50. Returns accepted within 14 days of delivery.

How do I return a bottle?

Email hello@lumora.com within 14 days. Unopened bottles can be returned for a full refund; opened bottles only if the product is faulty (hygiene regulations).

How should I store Lumora?

Upright, away from direct sunlight and heat. The composition lasts several years when stored properly.

Will the scent on my skin smell like the one in the bottle?

Close, but personal chemistry shifts every fragrance subtly. Extrait de Parfum is particularly responsive to skin warmth and tone — try a small application on your own skin before committing to a full wear.
