Refund Policy

If a Lumora bottle does not earn its place, return it within 14 days of delivery.

What can be returned

Unopened bottles in their original packaging, within 14 days of delivery, for a full refund to the original payment method.

What cannot be returned

Opened bottles, for hygiene reasons, unless the product arrived damaged or defective.

Damaged or incorrect items

If your bottle arrives damaged or incorrect, we will replace it at no cost. Email hello@lumora.com with your order number and a photo.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the returned bottle, your refund is issued to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.
